The room

A short menu, cooked the morning you eat it

Belluna is twenty-eight seats in a former ironmonger's on Gothersgade. There is one service a night, one dining room, and a pass you can see into from every table.

We roll pasta from six in the morning and stop when it is gone. The rest of the menu follows whatever came in from the market and from our growers in Piedmont — which is why the card changes most weeks, and why we would rather tell you about it in person.

“Cook one thing properly, then cook it again tomorrow.”

— Chiara Belluna, chef-owner
